Fergal O' Callaghan - Executive Director
As one of the founders of Selatra, Fergal has played an active part in almost every element of the business, but Fergal’s main focus has always been on Sales. In recent times he has overseen the growth of the company into an internationally respected organisation providing services in multiple territories. Fergal has a strong telecommunications background and has held senior positions in both Alcatel and Logica in the past, working mainly on SMS and Multimedia technologies. Fergal is one of the founders of Selatra, he sits on the Board of Directors of Selatra and manages the daily operations of the organisation.


Michael O' Connor - Chief Technical Officer
Michael has over 10 years in the mobile technology field and is one of the founding members of Selatra. Responsibilities include the company’s technical direction as well as project managing the development directly. The OTA and content platforms behind the award winning service have all been fully developed in-house, and the success of this is a reflection of Michael’s dedication and abilities.


Eleanor O' Driscoll - Financial Controller
Having worked in HLB Nathans, one of Irelands leading Accountancy firms, Eleanor joined Selatra in 2004, she is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is responsible for all aspects of the financial management in Selatra Ltd.


Martin Creaner – Chairman
Martin has been working and advising in the Communications Industry for over 18 years and advises many telecoms organizations on their technical and marketing strategies. Martin holds a number of prestigious positions in the global telecom industry including the position of President of the Telemanagement Forum – the global telecoms management industry body. Previously, Martin held a number of executive positions with BT, the major UK based European Communications Service Provider, and with Motorola, the global Wireless Networks Equipment manufacturer, where Martin led the 2.5G and 3G OSS solutions development activities.

Sean Cronin - Non-Executive Director
Sean held a number of executive positions in the Data and Telecomms sectors internationally. Sean was Managing Director of Logica’s Cork Development Centre, (established in 1999), growing the Mobile Networks operation to a €4.7M revenue business. Sean returned to Ireland in 1993 to set up the Alcatel Ireland GSM software development operation having worked for the parent company in its Paris HQ since 1990. Sean managed the American Express Consolidated Data network for the UK, EMEA and APA regions from 1987-90. Prior to returning to Europe he worked with Barclays Bank’s Data Network Division in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Sean is one of the founders of Selatra.


Ray Naughton - Non-Executive Director
Ray Naughton is co-founder of 4th Level Ventures, a VC fund specializing in commercial spin offs from Research activity in 3rd level academic institutions. He is Chairman Digisoft.tv Limited, a provides of all the elements required to deploy, control and support successful Interactive TV applications. Prior to 2002 Ray acted as a business angel for 5 years and was co-founder of a number of start up technology companies. From 1987 to 1998 Ray was Managing Director of Siemens Nixdorf in Ireland and from 1992 to 1997 he worked internationally as a major entrepreneurial development and culture change programme.


Paul Devine - Non-Executive Director
Paul is currently chairman of Morse Ireland Limited as well as previously sitting on a number of Morse UK company boards. He was Managing Director of Morse Ireland Limited. In 1992 Paul was involved in setting up SSI Computer Group Limited with four other Directors. In 1997 he led an MBO of the company. After a period of restructure and rapid growth the business was sold to Morse Plc (LSE: MOR). Paul initially studied Electronic Engineering. In 1998 Paul completed a MBA through the Smurfit Business School (UCD). Paul sits on the board of Selatra, Cicero Networks and acts as an advisor to IBAT, three of the Mianach investee companies. Paul is also a board member of a number of other companies.
